John Hadwin is extremely well read on his country and its treasures, both known and unknown to the general public. He knows history inside and out and has wonderful facts to augment the sites and historic treasures. His driving is safe, his car is immaculate and spacious and is ideal for touring in, and furthermore he is a gentleman with the time and care for his passengers. We cannot now imagine a trip to the UK without his services.

My daughter and I visited Llandudno, Wales and were treated to the most amazing tour of the area.  We did ‘A Taste of North Wales’ sightseeing dive with VIP Travel Services and John our driver provided wonderful detail and interesting history about each location we visited.  We stopped at so many beautiful and interesting spots (including some that were 'off the beaten path' which John knew would be great photo locations).   It was such a treat to be driven from place to place ... by the end of the day I felt like royalty!   The day with VIP Travel Services was my favorite of all the ten days that we spent on tour in the UK.

We had such a wonderful day touring the North Wales countryside with you.  You paced the day well and included activities that appealed to us all, especially the steam train trip and the castles.  There were delightful surprises, like the little tea house by the river and the lovely lunch at Portmeirion.  We enjoyed the sites with all the interesting perspective you brought to your subject matter.  All in all, we had a terrific time and would be most happy to visit again and to recommend your services to friends visiting Wales. 

I just want to thank you for looking after the four of us so well on our tour around the Great Orme, medieval Conwy and the Conwy Valley.  It was a great half day tour and well worth swapping the driving to be chauffeured and discover more of this beautiful area of North Wales.  Your commentary interested us all and your knowledge and history of the area was fascinating.  You made us all very comfortable and responded to what we wanted to do.  We particularly liked your afternoon tea stop at the lovely historic riverside cottage in the Conwy Valley.  The vehicle was really clean and comfortable and a special thanks for driving so smoothly too on all those windy roads and hills. 

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and luxury of the vehicle. I loved the table to spread our maps and books out on and even better, as it was a very hot day, was the air conditioning! With lots of space in the rear, it really did feel like we were traveling in a first class lounge and riding high above the hedge rows with such wonderful views. From the electronic doors opening and the impressive space and comfort of the car, we have to say that we saw the 'Best of North Wales' and did it in such style in such a lovely car. An outstanding service, courtesy and value! We used VIP Travel Services in December 2010. We had arrived at London Heathrow airport in blizzard conditions. Our connecting flights to Manchester were cancelled three times.
